Ubuntu 17.04 is really taking shape, and we're going to be looking for the next community-contributed wallpapers! If you're a photographer or illustrator who uses the Creative Commons licenses, you can submit your images to Flickr, where they'll be voted on by Ubuntu community members and the Canonical design team, and 10 photos and 2 illustrations will be shipped as part of Ubuntu 17.04's default wallpapers.

The submission period runs through March 5th to work around SCALE and hopefully still make it in time for the zesty User Interface Freeze.

This is a great way to contribute to Ubuntu, so I hope you'll tell all your artist friends. You can find the official announcement and links to all the details at the page below:
