I have to agree with Elizabeth regarding IRC. It is probably best to
stick with the same communication channels that Ubuntu uses. In terms of
time, it is hard to say what time is best, but I know that the current
time and day seems to be good in theory, but I almost never seem to make
it. My

That said, as the one who ended up having to manage all of the
resources when volunteers who set them up disappeared, I'd like to see
