You're trying to install Ubuntu version 9.10, right? It should say so
somewhere on the CD disk you have. Also, are you opening it while running
windows, or are you booting your computer from it?

Just got acopy of the UBANTU disk and tried to load it. It says its loaded but
can't get it to open up or run. What may I be doing wrong?
