Portland sounds good, as long as we have advanced notice we should be able
to make it. We love Portland, especially for food shopping and atmosphere.

I'll see if it's possible for me to pitch in for the release party, even if
it's just helping out with various tasks, that'll take a bit more planning
on my part due to the type of place I live in

Let’s do an 18.04 release party here in Portland we’d need to start
planning in February and get some funds for the basics. Also I’d like to
consider an Ubucon in July alongside OSCON but need enough hands we’d need
at least five people committed to come and help work two full days on it
plus setup
I thought it was agreed on to skip this one as it falls pretty close to the
holidays, am I mistaken?

Just letting you know I won't be able to make Ubuntu Hour this evening
taking place in Salem. As once again I'm sabotaged by the holiday
festivities. I was really hoping to make our last meeting of the year,
however my family has made other plans. Have a great meeting, see you all
next year.

Awesome! Thinking about doing that system upgrade on my phone that I've
been holding off on before I head to Broadway Commons, should hopefully
give me a recent build of Android 7.0.

Made it back, so I try to make this evening's Salem Ubuntu meeting. I need
to fix a system on the west side of town, so hopefully with any luck, I'll
be done before 5:00 and across the bridge.
Ciao for now

Yep the staff at OHSU are simply the very best at what they do. Although
I'm not the one being operated on, thanks for wishing me luck. With any
luck, I'll be back in time to attend the meeting.

Also, Good luck, Phil, OHSU from my many experiences with them are good at
what they do.
