- show() and hide() methods that would temporarily show or hide the location
bar when mode == ModeAuto, without having to change the mode to ModeShown or
ModeHidden and then back again to ModeAuto.

On the phone, the webview always displays overlay scrollbars on
scrollable axes. However, this should be changed to mimic the Chrome-on-
Android case, where the scrollbars fade out after a short delay when
scrolling ends
