Bug description:
  Playing HTML5 videos should be supported by the Web Browser app.
  However, it seems they are not working at the moment.

  Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open the Web Browser app on a device running Ubuntu Touch
  2. Go to http://www.quirksmode.org/html5/tests/video.html
  3. Try to play any of the sample videos

  Result:

  - Actual: none of the videos are played. Their length is displayed on the 
page as 00:00
  - Expected: the Web Browser app is able to play HTML5 videos
