Looks like firefox is doing better than chromium. Chromium on desktop
(version 45) doesn’t keep the comment collapsed when navigating back.
Given that oxide is entirely reliant on chromium’s internals for this
feature, I doubt this is something we can fix in oxide.

Bug description:
  1) Visit 
https://www.reddit.com/r/aww/comments/2e3i50/french_bulldog_puppy_jumps_into_his_owners_arms/
  2) Click the [-] symbol next to the top comment to collapse it
  3) Click the "French bulldog puppy jumps into his owner's arms. Shows no 
hesitation second time around." link at the top
  4) Squee over the adorable dog
  5) Click 'back'

  Actual results:
  The top comment is uncollapsed again.

  Expected results:
  The top comment remains collapsed.  This is what Firefox does, for example.
