The only way I know to get ubuntu out of sleep is to press the power
button once, moving the mouse or pressing keys does not seem to wake it
up. I think the green line may be important though, unfortunately I am
not a xorg developer and have no idea how it works so I don't think I
can do much more
OK now, I tried to get a backtrace and X seems to be broken completely.
I have some random (psychodelic =) ) colors on the screen and some
shapes that likely are panels and windows. Critical, it seems to me.

I have a A4 Tech WOP-35 and a WOP-35PU (the USB variant).
When i plug both mice in, the psaux one works OK but
the USB mouse has this strange sporadic double-click
behavior and other differences too.

My Laptop is Intel.
The Lucid partition on my desktop computer won't boot at all with its
NVIDIA GeForce 6200 card. Mind you, that's been the case for Alphas
going back to Jaunty.
I should have learned my lesson by now.
