My Bootsplash shows only sometimes a green screen with a pink border. Switching
to command screen and back to splash with esc key solves the strange behavior.

The issue sounds like the problem on my notebook Dell D830 with a docking
station. I installed a fresh Ubuntu 10.04 four weeks ago. Before I used Ubuntu

Hello,
I've been experiencing regressions with the new nvidia driver with 64bit
Lucid.
It seems the new vdpau breaks the vdpau backend for vaapi, in a way that
the player interface gets really sluggish.
Video playback with flash also seemed affected, even more while using
metacity instead of
Same here : the described problem in supertuxkart is present on Lucid
with ATI RS690 IGP with both default and updated packages. I also
manually upgraded mesa to 8.2 but no luck.
I wonder if this is supertuxkart or driver related since such problem
does not occur in other GL apps.

Looking at their spec, MeeGo doesn't seem to actually build the input
drivers into the server (I don't think that's possible without more
extensive patching). Rather, they build in the config files the input
drivers ship to make them autoload.
