JMason's solution fixed the issue for me too. On a side note, after being forced to use TwinView (two monitors instead of 3) due to this bug, I noticed that Xinerama is noticeably slower in responsiveness. Especially when switching virtual desktops, which I have 6 in total across 3 monitors.
