I can reproduce this bug on Virtual Box with a 32 bit and 64 bit installation. If I'm scrolling in lxterminal while the mouse is moving the scrollbar is jumping randomly. If the mouse is not moving while scrolling all is working fine. My host system is not affected from this bug (all 3 systems
