INTEL GPU works much much better in Linux, I promise myself the next gpu will

Sounds like an unitialized mutex. This is a problem on i386, but not really on
amd64 so you won't hit it there.

So after finding an Windows image and flashing my Bios to F.25 the

fglrx-installer should not depend on linux-headers
Understood Chris, sometimes I need to read with more attention, English is not
my primary language.
Seems my display simply can't handle 24bit color depth, if I force a 16bit
color depth on xorg I can see great degrade of the render, clearly evident on
desktop wallpaper (see pic).

I had probably the same problem with an ATI 9100 (r200) using
xserver-xorg-video-ati/xserver-xorg-video-radeon driver.
I noticed that 3d acceleration was working (glxinfo|grep direct showed
direct rendering: Yes and glxgears worked fine), anyway seems like lightdm
is not able to check it
