When building X from source after having compiled the Kernel
(3.8.0-35-generic), dependencies, DRM and Mesa I get stuck on the Gallium build
with this error:
mklib: Installing libGL.so.1.5.070100 libGL.so.1 libGL.so in ../../../../lib64
mv: cannot stat
I can confirm that kit.westneat's patch works. It makes my MacBook Pro
touchpad completely usable.

I find it odd that the 331.xx driver does not list support for the 210,
but does support the 310 (basically a rebadged 210) and older
generations of cards. Perhaps you should contact nvidia about the
matter..

'Trusty' ubuntu 14.04 (64bits), touchscreen works well after cold boot!
But after suspend/resume, touchsreen do not response. Execute 'xsetwacom

that choosing the 'kernel' is a safely bet. But i still don't know which
kernel package it is. The editing web-page told me there's too much

I tried to look through our gen7 page flip code. Looks like everything's
according to spec, except we allow the MI_DISPLAY_FLIP to straddle two
cachelines. This patch fixes that. Worth a shot I suppose even if the
hanging flip in the error state didn't

DPM is enabled by default with kernel 3.13. We can consider this bug fix
released because DPM will be enabled automatically in Ubuntu
Trusty/14.04 and later.
