Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu
better. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but this appears
to be a "regular" (non-security) bug. I have unmarked it as a security

Further investigation shows this is intentional on the part of the ocl-
icd package: it has the following in its .symbols file:
| #PACKAGE# #MINVER# | libopencl1, libopencl-1.1-1
| #PACKAGE# #MINVER# | libopencl1, libopencl-1.2-1
So, really, it is up to the NVidia packages to provide these two.
I've set Htop as you said.
Here is the new screenshot. Nothing is different.
That's strange it's like the system thinks my computer just has a one core CPU.

I had the exact same problem, random screen freezing, especially during video
playback in xbmc.
As a shot in the dark i installed caffeine to prevent the screensaver and the
freezing stopped. Hope this helps.

Smells like bloat to me. Who actually uses any of those programs outside

problem, but turning Compiz on leads to black screen in either Unity,
MATE or GNOME fallback. Everything was working in 12.04.
