Having the same issue. I had it in 14.01 but when I used the intel
driver installer to install graphic drivers it fixed it, A bout 2 weeks

this is still present on ubuntu 15.05 with the nvidia 340 drivers. Any
solutions on this yet? it makes unity inusable for me. I can upload a

This isn't really a bug in Unity. If you turn off mouse pointer
integration (under the "Machine" menu) to prevent the host from stealing
the focus everything works like a charm. This means that with pointer
integration enabled and auto hide turned on when the mouse reaches the
edge of the screen
