Accepted xserver-xorg-video-intel into trusty-proposed. The package will
build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source
/xserver-xorg-video-intel/2:2.99.910-0ubuntu1.7 in a few hours, and then
in the -proposed repository.

So it appears this problem is not specific to webbrowser-app or even
oxide, but rather Qt failing to create an OpenGL context with this
specific driver. Re-targetting the bug.
