Touchpad not recognized on Dell Latitude E7470 Ultrabook

I really disappointed by this changes in kernel 4.4.0-64. Before I had
working touchpad(tap as click, two finger scrolling) with stick which
was worked out off box. Thing is it is only possible to change using
Unity Tweak Tool. But now it is completle useless. I disable touchpad
permanantly for

Hmm, that's interesting. Using integrated Intel graphics (DisplayPort) I
get subpixel order "unknown" but if I use a radeon card (DVI) on the
same monitor then it can detect "HRGB".

Xorg intel blank
I was affected by this issue in 16.04 with kernel 4.4 but it seems to
have gone away since upgrading to 4.8; it's hard to tell because it is
apparently impossible to reproduce on demand, and only happened maybe 1
in 10 times for me after resuming from suspend.

My Dell Latitude E7440 (Intel graphics card only) experiences the same
problem with Xubuntu 16.04 Xenial Xerus (issue was not present in
Xubuntu 12.04, and I didn't tried intermediate versions) I tried several
workarounds but none seems to work this far.
I updated to Kernell
Not sure if it helps but since I have created this bug quite some time
ago I have discovered a few things. For me at least the bug seems to be
somehow connected to Logitech wireless keyboards. If I boot my system
with a wired Cherry keyboard, the keyboard configuration is honored and
