It seems that xterm freezes more frequently when scrolling in larger
files in vim using vertical splits. The effect seems to be present
regardless of using tmux splits or vim splits. The effect is worse for
me when using vim-splits (which always results in laggy scrolling in all

printer which bring up a pop-up with printer details (name , location,
address, etc). There is no way to close this pop-up. Instead of a top
toolbar there is thin dark line. The pop-up cannot be moved.

Continued the battle for additional 1.5 hours.
I verified that both displays work fine when connected directly to the laptop
(1 DP) without the HP ultraslim docking station (2 DPs) between.
After powering off the docking station and rebooting the system for Nth
