Thanks. This means the kernel can't detect anything plugged into HDMI:
/sys/class/drm/card0-HDMI-A-1/enabled:disabled
So if not a kernel bug then most likely the cable isn't plugged in
properly, or the cable needs replacing. Please try a different HDMI
cable.

Thanks. That's either a bug in the web browser, graphics driver, or even
in the web page.
I would first assume it's a bug in the web browser, but unfortunately
Google Chrome is not part of Ubuntu so we can't handle that here. So to

description didn't include enough information. You may find it helpful
to read "How to report bugs effectively"
They kernel says it is using the Nvidia driver:
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller [0300]: NVIDIA Corporation GF119 [NVS 310]
[10de:107d] (rev a1) (prog-if 00 [VGA controller])
Subsystem: NVIDIA Corporation GF119 [NVS 310] [10de:1154]
...
Kernel driver in use: nvidia
And
Your resolution is incorrect because you have booted with the
'nomodeset' option:
ProcKernelCmdLine: BOOT_IMAGE=/boot/vmlinuz-4.15.0-43-generic
root=UUID=2d93d825-1bcb-4155-aad5-cfdb5dce95ab ro quiet splash nomodeset
So it is correct for the normal resolutions to be missing in that case.
To fix
Next time a freeze happens:
1. Reboot.
2. Run this command to collect the log from the previous frozen boot:
journalctl -b-1 > prevboot.txt
3. Attach the file 'prevboot.txt' here.

You're right Timeo. Without debug, no log.
Now we know how to mask logs, but not the source of the problem.
If it ever was a bot, the impact may be more important than just filling logs.
