libglvnd fails to upload from repository.
To manage notification
I uninstalled libgl1-mesa-dev and libglu1-mesa-dev.
installed the sdl dev packages and then installed the mesa-dev packages.
problem solved.

defaults to the radeon. radeon module blacklisted. I'll come back later

It seems apport-collect cannot produce a useful result for now:
dpkg-query: no package matches libdrm
And I couldn't change the affected package to be libdrm2 instead.
