[Ubuntu-x-swat] [Bug 1833823] [NEW] Text box appeared on the main screen of desktop and no way to get rid of it.

Public bug reported: I'm not sure what happened here. I just downloaded phpbb to work on my own forum and now this text box appeared on my main screen of my laptop and I can't make it go away, even after a restart and complete shutdown and startup. Not sure if it's a problem with xorg/wayland or
