I am not sure, where the problem was. But after new installation of all
mesa packages, it worked.

Hello AaronMa, or anyone else affected,
Accepted libinput into bionic-proposed. The package will build now and
be available at
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libinput/1.10.4-1ubuntu0.18.04.1 in
a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
Please help us by testing this new package.
Ref #64, it was the external switch. I restarted it and everything
works!

Title:
Mouse pointer occasionally jumps to the bottom-left
Running 18.04.2 and the mouse started to jump to top right corner on
screen 1 out of 2 a few days ago. Tried #32, but ...libinput-all was
also removed and after reboot, no response from mouse or keyboard.
Started in protected mode and reinstalled libinput. Still same problem.
