When I try to use the Intel GPU, I get an error : Error creating
authentification agent : Error opening current controlling terminal for
the process ('/dev/tty'): No such device or address.

I was able to trigger this again with a sizeable Firefox webpage. This
time I was able to CTRL+ALT+F4 to a different VT and even enter my
username but was not able to login. I had to Hard Boot to recover the
system.

I took the kernel update to 5.3.0-28.30~18.04.1 as well as the
390.116-0ubuntu0.18.04.3 nvidia driver updaate. The driver built fine,
and its running fine on 5.3.0-28 for me.
