Yeah the attached Xrandr.txt shows this is another variation on bug

What we should actually do is to distinguish the bugs by call stack, as
that will be a little different for each flavour of this crash.
Unfortunately several of the most recent reports (focal) have no call
stack at all. So separating them is not an option yet.

Meanwhile after some updates I manage to login even without power
supply. After that the screen is distorted and looks like this - s.
attachment. In the screen you see right a shadow - my taskbar. You can
only see the top bar of windows.

I tested again. THis time I got the login screen and logged in then the screen
got distorted as the display manager would not work correctly. I did
"journalctl -b 0" and found also a crash file in var/crash/...

Well, that didn't work for very long. Disabling the acceleration of the
"intel" driver did not solve the problem for me. I tried three more
changes, described below.
(1) Next I tried going back to the "modesetting" driver but with the
acceleration disabled:

It's not clear what issue are still remaining on focal, might we worth
having a new report for that serie to not confuse with past problems

Yeah, OLEDs do not have a backlight so the standard 'backlight' kernel
controls won't work.
Indeed 'xrandr --brightness' is the only workaround I know of.
