if you do fractional scaling(setting->display->Fractional Scaling),means
you do change it from 100% to 125% then screen is not wake up after
suspend and when again i set Fractional scaling to 100% it resume to
wake up.

Sorry! It's the touchpad. Scrolling using touchscreen also seem to cause
these things. Sometimes, it comes out of the hang on it's own. It goes to a
solid screen for a second and everything's fine again. Other times, I log
off and log on to make the cursor work.

When you say "mouse cursor", is that using the touchpad or a USB mouse?
If the problem mostly happens with the touchpad then these messages

I am using the free drivers for my Nvidia card, since the private
drivers gave more trouble than ever. I reported it too and the
suggestion they gave me was to remove them and use the free drivers,
but I have a serious problem with screen tearing, and I can't find a
solution anywhere about

I am using KODI on Ubuntu and every Video stream I use is hanging after
around 10 seconds. Ubuntu is setup on a Proxmox VM and the GPU is passed
through. I tried to reinstall the driver without any effect. Network
connection is a 50MBit/s line, so should not be the issue.
