I had put the dock on the bottom of the screen and also set to hide
automatically.
The dock works fine as expected but there are sometimes (actually like 90% of
the time) that it behaves weird when I try to access it with the mouse pointer,
the dock starts to bounce
Upgrading Kubuntu 19.10 to 20.04 and thus to 5.4.0-33-generic solved
this issue for me.

The dmesg looks slightly different. But I think, that the bug behaves a
little different every time. Sometimes I just get a black screen,
sometimes the picture freezes and sometimes I can still move
At the moment, just wait...
With some time those oops pages might get analysed automatically and
problem report links added to them.
Also with time a kernel engineer should be able to help with the amdgpu
issue in your dmesg log.
