Mesa should migrate to llvm 12 for new AMDGPU features and HW support.
+ Normally this would be done during the devel series, but this version
+ was delayed too much to migrate before hirsute was out.

Usually bugs like this happen when the system detects different monitor
capabilities, so it thinks it has a different monitor setup and reverts
to a default arrangement.

before and after sleeping, and then compare the results.
