XT graphics card.
This is fixed upstream with the above merged MR, so please backport
it...

Accepted mesa into focal-proposed. The package will build now and be
available at
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mesa/21.0.3-0ubuntu0.1~20.04.1 in a
few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

I enable -proposed and do a dist-upgrade, then reboot and run stress-ng:
$ stress-ng --stack 0 --timeout 300
stress-ng: info: [2493] dispatching hogs: 16 stack
stress-ng: info: [2493] successful run completed in 300.63s (5 mins, 0.63 secs)
And the desktop session is still alive.
