I upgraded my Ubuntu 20.04 LTS to 22.04 LTS using do-release-upgrade -d command
on 2022/05/20
And then my external monitor, who worked well before on 20.04 LTS, was never
able to connect.
Everytime I try to connect it, set Joint Displays and press apply on the
setting
It's not circular. Bug 1970413 is closed because it's a duplicate of
this bug 1799679.

Nvidia driver causes
I have the same issue, plus I couldn't share resource between the VMWare
and Windows. I had to update vmware-tools-desktop. The rendering did not
fix though.

Using a Wacom Intuos 4:
In Files and text-editors like Geany, secondary-clicks and middle-clicks are
swapped. Dragging is not possible.
On a web browser, and in Blender 3D, secondary-clicks, middle-clicks and
dragging work normally.
