The problem happens, when I enable the dock to hide automatically. With
this enabled, it is not possible to run the programs through the search.
But when disabled, it is possible to search and run the programs. Here's
the video of the problem.

Recently I experienced the issue that after dis- and reconnecting my monitor
(Philips 346B1C) with USB-Hub, my laptop (Lenovo E480) did not accept any
inputs (mouse or keyboard, neither), while the display looked OK.
