I`ve installed mesa update fom provided ppa and the promlem disappeared,
but when I start Chrome at first time after mesa upgrade it works but
till craches on log. Second time and after it it works and runs without
crash in log.

After Mesa upgrades, Chrome
I've got a proposed fix to mangle PACKAGE_VERSION to use the full
packaging version instead of just upstream x.x.x. It's available now on
ppa:tjaalton/test
To verify if that works, you'd need to run chrome/chromium with the
current version in -updates first (...22.04.1), then update to the ppa

duplicate of bug 2012388, so it is being marked as such. Please
Your Intel graphics drivers are installed and working. Because they are
built-in, you will never see them as an option in the GUI.
Also Ubuntu 14.04 reached end of standard support in 2019 so please
install a newer release when you can.
