I am running a fresh install of ubuntu 22.04 with kde-plasma-desktop.
every 1-2 minutes, there will be a random blue/pink frame(i'm not sure
of the color because it only appears for a short time). I don't get this
problem in fullscreen games running with dxvk and the random

In the superior right corner, there are a region (about 5x5 cm2) that
mouse do nothing, mainly in minimize and close butons, but ocouring to
in menus, just in this corner.
Double click in title bar force the restore and then, moving the
software window to far of this corner,
This issue has sat with a status of 'Incomplete' for over three years
now without any comment and did not expire due to the presence of a 'Bug
watch'. Also the Ubuntu versions affected are all now out out of support
so I'm closing the report as 'Invalid' as it no longer refers to any
