I have the same issue. Kubuntu 22.04, after sleep/screen lock my usb-c
-> display port connected monitor goes from 5120x1440 down to 3840x2160.

I've tried the kernel parameter and those artifacts are still happening.
But just on my FHD screen; not on my other screens (1440p).
