This problem seems to be fixed after the Kernel: 4.10.0-8-generic x86_64 (64
bit gcc: 6.3.0) update
I will mark as fix release
Tested on 2 separate pc's with amd r7 360 oc and rx 460

I did file in the past like 2 months ago bugs to the upsteam with
regrasion to mesa 13.0.x but no one gives a .. about the problems
there , not with mesa and not with some nasty kernel errors

i can confirm this bug. this is not the only game with this problem team
fortress 2 have the same problem.
The bug persist in 16.04.1 with amd r360 oc open source drivers
