The bug has been open for more than a month now. Can anyone tell me
anything ? A fix ? a workaround ? Tell me my card is completely useless
on Ubuntu and it's AMD's fault ?

I have tried installing both proprietary drivers in software and
updates and each time the driver doesn't work properly.
The bins are not in the path, and trying to run the bins gives me the
following error.
