I see that the build has completed successfully. I manually fetched and
installed https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg-
server/2:1.18.4-0ubuntu0.1/+build/10751236/+files/xserver-xorg-
core_1.18.4-0ubuntu0.1_powerpc.deb , and Xorg came to life as expected,
without the segfault.

drm_device_keep_trying.patch. 188_default_primary_to_first_busid.patch

Timo, I have done so and narrowed it down to the following patch:
188_default_primary_to_first_busid.patch
Can we conditionally NOT apply this to powerpc?

Last night, I confirmed that the colors are *correct* with r300g on Big
Endian (tested with an RV515), but still incorrect with r600g, as of
Mesa 11.0.2. Therefore, I have changed the component for this bug from
mesa core to r600.

Can confirm, I have the same problem. Workaround of 16 bit defaultdepth
is successful, albeit sub-optimal.
