Screen randomly turns black with Ati Xpress 1100
Have added duplicate status on another bug which points to this one as
the descriptions of the problem are exactly what I see.
I am going to upgrade to Karmic soon and will see if this issue still
occurs with the new -ati stack.

Usually it's when I click an item in my taskbar (Which is at the top of
my second monitor).
