See the tray icon in picture. Icons besides network icon are bluetooth
and battery, but they are not visible here. Earlier when I was using
VESA drivers they are visible very fine.

I tried removing xserver-xorg-video-sis from live usb but it failed.
Still after that a switch to ctrl+alt+f7 did showed the desktop in basic
resolution.

like a kernel bug to me now in driver for sis graphics card.

I spent time in downloading xubuntu raring beta 2 over 4kbps line and
result is same. Is there anyone who cares abiut it? Or is becoming
Microsoft who don't care about old hardware and want users to buy new
hardware even if they have to sell there kidbeys for it?
