Title:
wine didn't find opengl drivers after reinstalling nvidia-current
___
Public bug reported:
"ubuntu-bug nvidia-graphics-drivers" didn't work for me, so I'm doing
this way.
After reinstalling nvidia-current, I have to use "LD_PRELOAD" to
indicate where the opengl 32-bit driver is when running a game in wine.
Example:
$ LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib32/nvidia-current/libGL.so w
I got the new package from this place (since nobody bumped it to the
main repo):

Just for the records: 256.35 drivers for 64bit aren't in ubuntu-x-swat
anymore. I just checked few minutes ago, and they're missing:
$ LANG=C apt-cache policy nvidia-current nvidia-current-modaliases
nvidia-settings
nvidia-current:
Installed: 256.35-0ubuntu0sarvatt~lucid
Candidate: 256.35-0u
Just for the records: here with Xubuntu 9.04 amd64, XULrunner 1.9.3 and
Firefox 3.7a1pre, running it on console I get it flooded with this:
XRemoteClient Error - [XRemoteClient::CheckWindow] Get X Window Error = 0
XRemoteClient Error - [XRemoteClient::FindBestWindow - XGetWindowProperty 1]
Get X
