For 18.10 with libinput 1.12.x there is a workaround now. Download https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/libinput/libinput/blob/master/quirks/30 -vendor-contour.quirks and save it as /etc/libinput/local- overrides.quirks, restart your computer. The fix is for RollerMouse Free 2 and RollerMouse Red. If
