Public bug reported: Using beta of Disco Dingo, so gnome-shell 3.32.0-1ubuntu1.
Two monitors, place one Portrait right. Any part of that screen that extends below the primary monitor is cut off. The mouse cursor will go in there, but any window you drag in there disappears. If you take a screen shot, the screenshot tool thinks that area does not exist. Screenshots attached. I've used this same monitor layout for years, this issue did not exist in Cosmic. I was able to reproduce it in a clean install in Virtualbox, so it's not limited to my hardware or any extensions/apps I'm using.
