Random screen lock-ups?

My laptop's mouse cursor will jump to random parts of the screen when I
direct the mouse cursor using the touchpad after using the touch screen.
Ubuntu version: 13.04 64-bit
Laptop: Asus S550CA
Linux Kernel: 3.8.0-31
Pkg version: 1.6.2-1ubuntu6
Expected: For mouse cursor
I have no idea why I keep getting notifications to this bug. The bug I
