Same problem with ThinkPad X1 on Ubuntu 12.04 with recent kernel upgrade. Volume Up and Volume Down buttons are recognized by the system but the « VolumeUp » and « VolumeDown » commands do not respond anymore. Even if I assign them other shortcut keys (Parameters > Keyboard > Shortcuts). The probl
