Public bug reported:

After random time (up to 2h) working with system, it freezes (in browser,
opening settings, working with files etc. ). Sometimes i can move with cursor.
SSH and Apache2 web server is always working. But i cannot restart desktop
manager due to xserver stuck in D state (obviously) only restart helps.

I had two display setup. And old kernels work work fine but destop is
only copied on the second display.

HW is also ok. I am running dual boot and windows works fine and even
graphic stress test on window passed (five hours with stable temp).

I get the system to work with kernel 4.9 and Linux Mint with cinnamon in
software rendering mode, after installing amdgpu-pro it starts freezing
again.

The bug happens in
16.04 and 16.10 (kde edition, gnome edition, classic with unity) w/wo amdgpu-pro

Please what else i can provide (logs, dumps etc.)?
