xorg crashes scrolling some tcltk canvases with dashed
Well now that #1247785 is fixed, my code works fine in 13.10 and I can
just tell my users to upgrade, so by all means close the bug -- but I
wouldn't say it was invalid. I'll be sure to check for the problem in
future beta versions.

I found the crash in an application that used TclTk for display. It
occurs only with scroll operations on canvases with dashed lines, and
only if there are other canvas items too.
It reproduces reliably if you do the following: run the attached script
in wish 8.5.13 and

display corruption in interlaced modes

I added a 1080i mode for my hdtv and it looks like lost horizontal sync, see
picture, but the mouse cursor displays correctly! Offending modeline is:
1920x1080 74.25 1920 2008 2052 2200 1080 1084 1094 1124 Interlace
+HSync +VSync
