Public bug reported: Steps: 1) Move the pointer using the touchpad (ETPS/2 Elantech Touchpad). 2) Stop moving your fingers on the touchpad, but don't "release" it. 3) Observe the pointer continue in the same direction at a few dozen pixels per second. This is no fun while trying to select text
