Since upgrading to Ubuntu 12.04, I have lost some important capability
on my Lenovo X1's clickpad.
Previously, I was able to click the left 'button' of the clickpad
(actually the bottom-left corner area, with my left index finger) then
drag my right index finger around on

I updated to 11.10 and Unity-2D and LibreOffice crashes have ceased.
Still have the antialiasing option turned off, so that could also have
been the fix.

Quite a few Lenovo users reporting the problem. I have the problem with
a Lenovo X1, but with Calc, not Impress. Presume it's still the same
though.

To clarify, in LibreOffice 3.3.4, in the Options menu, under View,
should I have:
* Graphics Output - Antialiasing turned OFF
* User Interface - Screen font antialiasing turned ON (from 1 pixels)

My solution was to remove all nvidia* packages from my system and to
edit /etc/X11/xorg.conf to change nvidia to nv. It works for me.
Also had problems during my update with hard drive failing to be
recognised by UUID.
Because thisd upgrade, like, totally broke my computer, I have added a
