Hi! I have updates on this: ¡IT WAS A CABLE PROBLEM!
Same cable and same monitor that works OK with my HP OMEN 15 doesn't
work with my HP 440 G7... I tried with a different cable (a shorter one)
and everything looks normal.

I read about a bug similar to this affecting mutter 3.34,but said that
they can see the poi ter in the second screen. In this case my monitor
falls in no-signal after a few seconds of trying to get the correct
mode.

I have downloaded the daily version, and the problem has been solved. I am new
to Ubuntu and not know many things :(, and one that did not know is that there
