Public bug reported:
The icon for EclipseIDE in the Dash home is too big than what it is
expected to be(See attachement). Also, it doesnt respond in a single
click. On clicking a couple of times, a descriptive window opens up(See
attachment). It is still not launched upon clicking the launch
