On Lunar the validation layers no longer load. The error is:
/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libVkLayer_utils.so: undefined symbol:
custom_stype_info
This appears to be due to a misconfiguration during the build, and is
apparently fixed in Debian here: https://salsa.debian.org/xorg-
